You're sending mail and you're being blacklisted by spamhaus or some other RBL (real time blocklist), what can you do to resolve the issue?

First off, it's most likely your external IP address is listed as a result of someone using it to send spam, and you picked up the IP address the last time your router was allocated an IP.  Restarting your router is the quickest way to get a new IP address, or you could contact your ISP for a fixed IP address (without a listing of course)

http://whatsmyip.org will tell you your external IP address, you can also get this information from the router if you know where to look

http://mxtoolbox.com will let you look up your IP against 107 RBL's (info correct at time of going to press)
